Online Coaching & Nutrition Consulting
At DLO Performance, we bring over 20 years of training expertise and 15 years of experience in education to deliver the personalized coaching you need to move, feel, and perform your best.
Whether you’re a recreational athlete looking to stay competitive or someone who simply wants to train with purpose, our programs are built around your goals, schedule, and lifestyle. This isn’t cookie-cutter fitness. It’s tailored, proven, and backed by decades of real world coaching.

Back pain after hoops?
Knees sore when playing Pickleball?
Want to unlock a little more yardage on that drive?
DLO Performance offers individualized programming designed to keep you accountable and help you keep doing the activities you love: better, stronger, and mitigate the chances of injury.

Whether you’re striving to earn a spot on a top travel team or just want to develop foundational strength, we’re here to help you reach your goals. With the high costs of equipment, club sports, and private coaching, online training gives us the ability to deliver expert, proven programs that elevate your game—without breaking the bank.

If you’re struggling to stay consistent with your workouts or
just feel better in your own skin?
Our programs are built to meet you where you are, keep you accountable, and help you move, feel, and live better.
We don’t just give you workouts, we coach you like an athlete with purpose, structure, and accountability.
At DLO Performance, your program is built around you—your sport, your schedule, your goals, and your lifestyle. We blend strength, speed, mobility, and conditioning to help you perform better, feel better, and stay in the game longer.
Your program isn’t pulled from a generic template. Whether you’re training to compete, stay active, or just feel better doing the activities you love, we tailor everything to your goals, sport, schedule, and fitness level. You’ll get a plan that meets you where you are and grows with you.
In-person coaching can easily run over $100 per session for a trainer with my background and experience (detailed in my bio). That adds up to $800–$1200 per month if you’re training a few times per week. Our workouts come with clear demos, coaching cues, and direct feedback from me through video, chat, or check-ins. It’s the same level of attention and guidance you’d expect from in-person training, delivered online with more flexibility and at a fraction of the cost.
I’m not just a coach: I’m a dad, still play sports regularly, and someone who’s had his own struggles with weight fluctuation, injuries, and motivation. I get it. This isn’t about being perfect, this is about showing up consistently, building habits, and creating a training lifestyle that works with your real life.
With over 20 years of coaching experience and an NSCA-CSCS certification, I bring a professional, research-backed approach to every program. My methods are grounded in exercise science (biomechanics, strength and conditioning research, and practical field-tested strategies) and refined through years of working with athletes and clients of all levels. You’ll get proven strategies, clear communication, and a coach who takes your progress seriously.
